Sleeper Replacer SB60 Automaster is a tool developed for safe and efficient work during sleeper replacement and Fastclip fastening. The Automaster enables sleeper replacement and Fastclip fastening in a single operation by the machine operator. This reduces the risk of work-related accidents as no individuals need to be within the machine's working area during sleeper replacement. The robust rotor is designed to better withstand stresses and allows the operator to replace sleepers from both the center and the side of the track.
SB60 Automaster is compatible with most types of sleepers and can be ordered to fit different track gauges from 1000 mm to 1600 mm.
Our sleeper changers can be complemented with buckets for excavating ballast or wet materials.

Sleeper replacement and fastening in one operation means fewer individuals need to be within the machine's work area, reducing the risk of accidents associated with sleeper replacement.
Fastening of Pandrol Fastclip in conjunction with sleeper replacement makes the work both safer and more efficient.
Rotor for enabling the replacement of sleepers from both the center and the side of the track.
Thanks to the ability to mount buckets on the blade and an Automaster for fastening, only one tool is needed for a successful outcome.
