Description

Machine-mounted sleeper layer for precise and efficient sleeper placement. A telescopic frame makes the sleeper layer compact and safe to use. A unique, patented linkage system ensures that the center of gravity does not change during sleeper spreading. SL650 handles six sleepers at a time, and SL850 handles eight sleepers at a time.

SL650/SL850 clamp over the sleeper end and are suitable for sleepers with a smooth surface at the sleeper ends. Can grip sleepers even if they are on uneven ground, making it more flexible. With a tilt rotator on the carrier machine, flexibility and efficiency are further increased during sleeper installation

Benefits

  • Compact

The telescopic frame construction makes the sleeper layer compact and safe to maneuver.

  • Flexible

Easy to adapt and adjust to fit several different types of sleepers.

  • Unchanged center of gravity

A unique, patented linkage system ensures that the center of gravity does not change during sleeper spreading.
